Basic Use

Your “Warm Market” consists of the people in your life you come into contact with on a regular basis such as friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc. Your warm market is a potential goldmine for your business if you approach them with respect and with a solution to their problems. You can easily connect with your warm market through a phone call, a personal letter, an email, over a cup of coffee, etc.

Some people are resistant to share their business with the people closest to them because they are worried they’ll either offend someone or look foolish. What’s important to keep in mind is your motivation for sharing your business with them. Is it for your gain, or theirs?

One of the simplest ways to let your warm market know about your business is simply by letting your natural enthusiasm out of the box. After all, you’d share with them your excitement over a new pet or the purchase of a new car or a new home wouldn’t you? Why not share your enthusiasm about your new business with them?

You can also share your business with them by simply being a good listener. If you know there’s an area of their life that is causing them stress and anxiety and you believe a profitable home business would assist them in creating a better set of circumstances for themselves, you would be selfish NOT to share your business with them. After all, if your buddy had a way to make $10,000 per month magically appear in his mailbox every month would you be offended if he told you? NO WAY. You would be furious if he didn't tell you.

Basic Action Steps

  1. Make a Warm Market List
Take 10 minutes and make a list of people you come into contact with on a daily basis that would like to substantially increase their income, and quality of life. This is your Top 25 List.
Think outside the box! There are millions of people out there begging for what you have. If your friend was hungry, and you had food, wouldn't you give him some? If you know someone who is hungry for a life of freedom, it's your job to give them an opportunity to achieve it!
  1. Choose Your Method
There are so many ways to share your opportunity with your warm market. Just keep in mind that you are simply sharing your enthusiasm about having the opportunity to work and train with self-made millionaires; that you have an online business platform that is easy to use and includes free training; and then give them your website. It’s that simple. It's not your job to explain the entire system to them, that’s the job of the team marketing system provided by your organization. You want to demonstrate the system to people, not try and replace it.
• Personal email

Hey Ron,

I just started an internet business with a couple of self made millionaires. They are on a mission to create many 6 figure earners in 2010. I really value your opinion so would you do me a favor and check it out? Call me or email me when you have had a chance to take a look.

Talk soon,
John Doe

• Telephone call
• At the mailbox
• At a party
• At a social event
• Having a cup of coffee or beer with a friend
• Handing out your business card

Again, be creative! And remember, this doesn't cost you a single dime!

  1. Let Your System Work For You!

Most importantly, don't try to sell or “convince” your friends to sign up. Simply put them in front of the information and let them decide for themselves.
